Across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway and <0.5 mi from the beach, enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, boat ramps, parks and marinas. The fully-fenced backyard features a patio, while the interior boasts an open floor plan, solid floors, and a spacious layout, making this ideal for the whole family!

Surrounded by lush landscaping, this vibrant single-story home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and an open-concept layout perfect for groups of all sizes. The fully fenced backyard features a cozy patio with outdoor sectional seating, a propane grill, and a dining table for four.

Beach days are a breeze with included bikes, kayak, boogie boards, and all the beach essentials you need. You’ll also find easy access to shops, restaurants, boat ramps, parks, and marinas — all just minutes away.

We Present You an Extraordinary Experience

Inside, the home is styled for both relaxation and function, with solid floors throughout and no stairs required. The primary suite includes a king bed, 55” smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo, grab bars, and a shower wand for added accessibility.

Each additional bedroom has a queen bed and its own 42” smart TV, while the second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second living room includes a queen pull-out sofa and opens directly to the backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with major appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and dining for six.

With thoughtful extras like a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, garage access, smart lock entry, and multiple TVs across both living areas and all bedrooms, The Blue Tiki brings you everything needed for a seamless and memorable coastal getaway.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked supply closet.

Other things to note
– Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.

-The trash will need to be taken to the curb on SUNDAY, while recycle needs to go out on WEDNESDAY. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please DO NOT place bins on the curb early, as this can result in a city citation.

– Our lawn service comes on Fridays, weather permitting. They will not need to come inside, however you may see them working on the exterior.

– Do not use neighbor’s yards to access the Intracoastal Waterway; use only public access points.
